Congressional Resolution to Investigate the Attack on Pearl Harbor
On September 11, 1945, the Congress jointly resolved to form the Joint Committee on the Investigation of the Pearl Harbor Attack. For 70 days from May through November of 1945, over 15,000 pages of testimony were taken from 43 witnesses. Most of the documents in the Pearl Harbor Archive were used to support the conclusions of the Congressional Committtee's investigation. You can download all of these in ".doc" format
